How to use
Take one pad and gently wipe around the eye, from the inner corner outwards, to remove tear stains and crust. Never wipe directly on the eyeball. Use a fresh pad for each eye. Use daily or whenever you notice buildup. Close the lid after use to keep the pads moist.

How often should I use the eye pads?
Most pet parents use them once a day, or whenever they notice tear stains or crust. Pets with a lot of tearing can use them more often.
Can I wipe directly on the eye?
No. Only wipe around the eye, from the inner corner outwards. Never touch the eyeball itself.
Can I use them on cats too?
Yes, our eye pads are made for both dogs and cats.
How many pads are in one tub?
Each tub contains 100 pads. Use a fresh pad for each eye.
Will they remove old tear stains?
Daily use helps loosen and lift tear stains over time. Older, deeper stains can take a little longer to fade.
When should I see a vet?
If your pet's eyes are red, swollen, cloudy, have thick or coloured discharge, or your pet keeps squinting or pawing at its eyes, please visit your veterinarian. Our pads are for routine cleaning, not for treating eye problems.
