These Terms of Service apply to the website easypetwipes.com and all orders placed through it.

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms apply to every visit to our website and every order you place with us.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Returns & Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Our products are intended for consumers. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
1.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products and prices

2.1 We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, packaging or appearance compared to the images on our website may occur and do not affect the use of the product.
2.2 All prices are shown in euros (€). For orders delivered within the European Union, prices include VAT, and import VAT is collected at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, local VAT and handling fees may be charged on delivery; see our Shipping Policy.
2.3 Shipping is free on every order.
2.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
2.5 We may correct obvious errors in prices or product information. If an order was placed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

3. Orders and contract

3.1 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and Easy Pet Wipes is formed when we send this confirmation.
3.2 We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock problems or obvious errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
3.3 Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is made at checkout using one of the payment methods shown on our website. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.
4.2 We do not see or store your full card details.
4.3 Your order will be processed once we have received your payment.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy.
5.2 You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
5.3 Your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
5.4 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products have been delivered to you or to a person you have designated.
5.5 If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, unless a different delivery time was agreed.
5.6 Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
6.2 For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
6.3 All returns must be announced by email before they are sent. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6.4 Unopened, sealed products returned between day 15 and day 30 after delivery are eligible for store credit, as a voluntary service.

7. Legal guarantee and complaints

7.1 Our products comply with the agreement and with the specifications stated on our website. You are entitled to the legal guarantee under the consumer law of your country of residence.
7.2 If a product is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at info@easypetwipes.com, with your order number and clear photos or a video.
7.3 We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will let you know when you can expect a full response.

8. Use of our products

8.1 Always use our products according to the instructions on the packaging and on our website.
8.2 Our products are care products for pets and are not medicines or veterinary treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If your pet has a health or dental problem, please consult a veterinarian.
8.3 Stop using a product and consult a veterinarian if your pet shows signs of irritation, discomfort or an allergic reaction.
8.4 Keep products out of the reach of children.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of our products, or from use that does not follow the instructions.
9.2 Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Reviews and content you submit

10.1 If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
10.2 You give us permission to use your review and content, free of charge, on our website, social media and other marketing channels. We may shorten reviews but will not change their meaning.
10.3 We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not related to our products.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, product designs and the Easy Pet Wipes brand name, is owned by Easy Pet Wipes or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without our written permission.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, customs delays or problems at our suppliers or carriers. If such a situation lasts longer than 30 days, either party may cancel the order, and you will receive a refund for any products not yet delivered.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the moment you placed your order.

15. Governing law and disputes

15.1 These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
15.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@easypetwipes.com. We will do our best to find a solution together.
15.3 If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may bring the matter before the competent court in the Netherlands, or before the court of your country of residence where the law allows this.
