No. Our wipes are care products for daily cleaning. If your pet has a health or dental problem, or shows signs of irritation, please consult your veterinarian.

For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT is included in our prices and collected at checkout, so you won't pay anything extra on delivery. For the United Kingdom, local VAT and handling fees may be charged on delivery.

When you order several products, they may be shipped separately. You'll receive tracking information for each parcel.

Yes, unopened and sealed products can be returned. Please always email us first at info@easypetwipes.com before sending anything back. You can find all details in our Returns & Refund Policy.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We're sorry! Please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. We'll make it right.

Once your return has been received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
